Free from stains, perfume, or any sign of wear

Please include your invoice or order number with your parcel for faster processing.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear or socks.

Our team will verify your request within 24–48 hours and send you the return instructions and shipping details. -
Ship Back Your Item

Use any traceable courier service to send your parcel to our return address.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless you received a damaged or incorrect item.

Keep your tracking receipt until we confirm we’ve received your package.
Exchange Process

Once we receive your parcel, our team will inspect the item and process your exchange.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If your requested size or item is out of stock, we’ll issue a credit voucher for the value of your item, valid for 90 days.

A standard service fee of PKR 250 applies for size exchanges during both regular and sale periods.
Refund Policy

Refunds are only available in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive your return.

Payments made via debit or credit card may take up to 30 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Cash refunds are not available for general returns — in such cases, a store credit will be issued.
Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Item
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item:

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

Share clear photos showing the issue (front, tags, and defect).

Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
