Order Processing

Orders placed before 9:00 AM are processed the same day.

Orders placed after 9:00 AM are processed the next working day.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You’ll receive a confirmation message or call once your order is confirmed and ready for dispatch.
Delivery Time

M&P delivery: Within 2–4 working days in most major cities.

Standard delivery: Within 4–7 working days for other regions.

During sale seasons or promotional events, delivery may take up to 8–10 working days due to high order volume.

Order Tracking
Once your parcel is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS and email so you can easily follow your order’s journey.

Deliveries are made to the home or office address provided at checkout.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. If you’re unavailable, our courier will make up to two delivery attempts before returning the parcel.
If you miss your delivery, simply contact our team — we’ll be happy to assist you in getting it re-delivered.
